McClone Construction has extensive experience performing new construction up and down the western United States, a highly active seismic area. As a byproduct of this work, we have been contracted to perform all types of formwork associated with Seismic Upgrade / Retrofit Projects. These type of structures vary widely, from simple in-fill of openings to elaborate reconfiguring of all the structural cast-in-place elements in the building. Access is one of the most limiting factors to performing work on these structures. Some site may require hand carrying of all form materials. Due to these factors some of the cost to perform this work can be quite costly. With proper planning and coordination a great deal of these costs can be alleviated.
