Unlike Design/Build Parking Structures, Design/Build Multi-Story Structures require additional finish trades and coordination. On these type of projects we only provide the structural frame and rely on the General Contractor to contract all other trades. With less involvement in the structural frame elements our clients are free to focus on the management decisions of the remaining trades.
