To help our clients eliminate dimensional discrepancies and coordinate RFI’s (requests for information) prior to the start of work in each area, Concrete Outlines are provided for every project. These outlines consist of plan views, detailed sections, isometric illustrations and much more. The outlines also illustrate pour sequences and correspond to the formwork schedules provided. These services assist our clients in the planning and scheduling of their project to prevent unforeseen project delays and cost overruns.
Formwork Design, Detailing and Lift Drawings are provided for each project. With licensed engineers on staff, we are capable of designing the best possible formwork to fit any job condition.
Layout and Control is provided on each and every Structural Concrete Package project. To provide the correct amount of dimensional control necessary to complete the project correctly McClone Construction uses a variety of different sources and methods. We work with independent surveyors and our surveying layout teams to provide the best dimensional control in the industry.
